Chef Bio: The owner and Chef, Suwat Olannaranon, received his best training from Oriental Hotel in Thailand. After that, he journeyed his cooking experiences at Millenium Hilton Hotel in Bangkok and at one of the best Thai restaurant in North Carolina.
